Thanks for putting this out! I bought this ages ago. Is there any chance an epub version is forthcoming? I would really like to have one. PDFs are a little hard to work with on eBook readers.

I bought a physical copy from my local game shop. They gave me a Bits and Mortar code for the pdf but it only unlocks the Spanish version ( I am guessing here. I can only say for sure that it is not English). Is there a way to get an English version of the pdf? Maybe have them update their files?
I purchased the softcover+PDF awhile ago on your site, but still haven't received a link to the PDF (or received the book). I'm going to snag a community copy, considering I already purchased this (hope you don't mind).
